Creating and making
PE lessons
Year 2 and Year 5 spent a lovely afternoon working together on Year
2’s topic of “Fish”.
They divided into groups and shared out the jobs of drawing,
colouring and sticking. The older pupils helped the younger ones,
were good role models and everyone stuck to their tasks all
afternoon!
In our Art lessons we have been experimenting
with colour, tone and shade. We created some beautiful
pictures by mixing colours.
Our topic for the Autumn term was shops and
shopping. We have learnt about different types of shops
and went for a walk in Whitchurch to look at all the different
types. We spent a long time in the greengrocers looking at and
choosing fruit and talking to the shopkeepers.
Then we play shops back in the classroom.
We are always really busy
